I’m a writer, former media strategist, and Canadian expat splitting my time between reporting, content development, and fiction. My stories run the gamut from branding and social media to thrillers and mysteries. I got into digital media in 2000. I never got out.

You can find me doing things like teaching web-based courses on brand storytelling for MarketingProfs University, writing articles and ebooks on content strategy for Contently, covering digital advertising for ClickZ, and dissecting experiential marketing for Adweek.

I spent the past eight years in Chicago, where I wrote The Digital Media Curator blog for Tribune Media’s ChicagoNow. I currently live near New York City.
