It’s always interesting to see how different brands approach social media. Lately I’ve had my eye on book publishers and Instagram. A good number of publishers still don’t use the platform, but those that do are coming up with really creative ways (themed posts, hashtag series, shelfies…) to engage their followers. In a guest post for Social Media Week – Chicago I break down the Instagram strategies of three major publishers: DC Comics, Random House, and Chronicle Books.
